Assistant Chief Engineer
Location: Kagi Maldives Resort & Spa, Republic of Maldives, North Male’ Atoll, Maldives.
Qualifications:
Must have a college degree in engineering and a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, demonstrate all duties and tasks
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Must be physically fit and agile to perform duties of the job
Skills:
Excellent organizational, leadership and administrative skills
Must be able to facilitate the implementation of specific safety training programs and assure workforce compliance with job safety requirements
Must possess high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit
Detailed-oriented mindset aiming for consistent results
Able to interact with colleagues in a positive and professional manner in order to make them feel valued to maximize staff moral
Able to carry out various tasks simultaneously and effectively in a limited amount of time
Taking responsibility and feeling comfortable to make quick decisions when necessary
